This notice explains the categories of information used to operate accounts, listings, rentals, payments, verification and platform security.
Identity verification
When identity verification is required, submitted identity details and live capture information may be sent to the configured verification provider. O’Rentify should retain only the verification result and operational audit information unless retention is legally required.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, coordinate rentals, protect escrow activity, prevent fraud, communicate account events, comply with legal obligations and improve platform reliability.
Sharing and service providers
Necessary information may be processed by payment, email, OTP, identity-verification, hosting and security providers. Information is not sold as a standalone product.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as needed for service delivery, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting and legal requirements. Administrative, technical and access controls are used to protect stored information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some financial, contract, security or legal records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
