1. Your O’Rentify account
You must submit accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly report unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. O’Rentify may require phone, email or identity verification before sensitive activity.
2. Renters and rental eligibility
A renter must be legally able to enter the proposed agreement and must answer application questions truthfully. Approval is not guaranteed merely because an inspection, reservation or payment was initiated. Rental approval remains subject to the recorded workflow, required information and applicable checks.
3. Listers, authority and listing accuracy
A lister must own the listed property or item, or have documented authority to offer it. Titles, descriptions, media, address information, prices, charges, availability and rental conditions must be accurate and current. False ownership claims, misleading listings and unavailable inventory are prohibited.
4. Required inspection before renting
O’Rentify requires a physical or virtual inspection before the renter proceeds to the tenancy contract. The platform coordinates communication and status updates between the customer, administration and listing side. An inspection does not itself create a tenancy or guarantee approval.
5. Reservations
A paid reservation temporarily restricts other rental activity for the recorded reservation period. The charge is calculated using the reservation rate and duration displayed in the workflow. Cancellation, refund and expiry rules are determined by the recorded deadline, reservation status and applicable policy shown before confirmation.
6. Rental application and digital tenancy agreement
The renter must complete the requested application steps and review the generated tenancy information before accepting it. Material errors must be reported before approval. The tenancy relationship begins only when the required agreement, payment and approval conditions recorded in the workflow have been completed.
7. Wallet payments and escrow
Rental, reservation and related platform payments must be made through the authorised O’Rentify payment flow. Funds marked as escrow are held pending the relevant completion, cancellation, dispute or administrative approval condition. A displayed wallet entry is subject to successful payment confirmation, reversals, disputes and fraud checks.
8. No off-platform payment or customer diversion
Users must not request or accept private payment for a transaction initiated through O’Rentify. Listers and their representatives must not divert customers, exchange unauthorised private payment instructions or attempt to bypass O’Rentify safeguards. Suspected diversion may cause restriction, investigation or account closure.
9. Move-in, keys and access
Keys, access credentials or possession are arranged only after the workflow reaches the required approved stage. Users must verify the recorded property, agreed dates and authorised recipient before access is transferred.
10. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Available cancellation actions depend on the current inspection, reservation, contract and payment state. Where cancellation is no longer available, a user may contact support for review. O’Rentify may preserve evidence, restrict affected funds and request supporting documents while resolving a dispute.
11. Prohibited activity
Fraud, impersonation, unauthorised listings, forged documents, harassment, malicious access, money laundering, balance manipulation, false inspection confirmation and attempts to evade verification or payment controls are prohibited.
12. Platform administration and availability
O’Rentify may moderate listings, coordinate workflows, request verification, correct operational errors and restrict activity for safety, compliance or fraud prevention. Features may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
13. Contact and acceptance
By creating an account or using a rental workflow, you agree to these terms and policies presented during the transaction. If you do not understand a material term, contact support before making a reservation, signing a contract or paying from your wallet.
